Production process and structural advantages
Hot rolling integrated forming process
The steel billet is hot-rolled into a complete U-shaped section without cold bending joint stress. The thickness of the web and flange is uniform, the edges and corners are smooth, and it is less likely to twist or deform under pressure; the surface oxide scale of the finished product is uniform, and it can be directly painted or hot-dip galvanized for anti-corrosion.
Core structural advantages
U-shaped opening structure, combined with fasteners and base plate, can be assembled into arched / straight-type supports, which are convenient to disassemble and install, and can be reused;
The section's moment of inertia is large, and its ability to resist side pressure from surrounding rocks and foundation soil pressure is superior to equivalent weight square tubes and angle steels, providing sufficient safety margin for support;
Q235 low-carbon material has good plasticity, and it can be cut, welded, and cold-formed into arch frames on-site, suitable for tunnel arc-shaped support, temporary support for foundation pits, and other special processing;
The size accuracy is controllable. The parallelism of the flange and the straightness of the web meet the ASTM tolerance requirements, the connecting parts fit tightly, and there are no installation gaps.
Core application scenarios
Rock and soil tunnel support
Arch-shaped steel supports for road tunnels, water diversion tunnels, and small-scale mine tunnels, resisting deformation of surrounding rock. The telescopic supports can be assembled simply and have a high recycling rate;
Temporary support for building foundations
Side wall support for deep foundations, slope reinforcement, replacing concrete temporary supports, with short construction period and low cost for recycling;
Structural support for factories and steel structures
Back supports for factory columns, equipment base supports, roof purlin supports, platform load-bearing frameworks;
Overseas engineering projects for foreign trade
Temporary supports for municipal, factory, and road bridges in North America and Southeast Asia, following ASTM design standards, with material reports meeting local supervision and acceptance requirements; Other scenarios
Pipe supports and hangers, enclosure steel structures, temporary reinforcement supports for bridges.
