Description

Production process and material
Z-type steel adopts a fully automatic cold bending forming process, with one-time roller forming throughout the process, without welding or thermal deformation. The product has high flatness, precise dimensions, and a smooth surface. The conventional material uses Q235B and Q355B low-carbon structural steel, which has good toughness, high strength, is easy to cut, easy to punch, and can be processed by on-site welding. The product can be divided into two types: black material original color and hot-dip galvanized/galvanized strip for anti-corrosion. The galvanized Z-type steel is rust-resistant and corrosion-resistant, suitable for long-term outdoor and open-air use.

Compared with C-type steel, the greatest advantage of Z-type steel lies in its inclined connection structure, which is more reasonable in force distribution and has stronger integrity. The fixed length can be customized according to the project from 6m to 12m, and non-standard sizes with different heights and thicknesses can also be customized according to the drawings. The product strictly follows the national standards for cold-formed thin-walled steel, with precise tolerances, no burrs or deformations on the surface.
